All new patients must begin with a New Patient Comprehensive Consultation.

This visit allows us to:

This visit is required before enrollment in any ongoing program or membership.

All consultations at Amped Up Wellness are provided by licensed healthcare professionals who carefully evaluate whether treatment is appropriate for you. Prescriptions may include FDA-approved medications or compounded formulas prepared by accredited pharmacies. Please note that compounded medications are not reviewed by the FDA for safety or effectiveness.

Amped Up Wellness partners with trusted 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies that are licensed by state boards of pharmacy, registered with the FDA, and operate under FDA regulations. Please note that product packaging and labeling may differ from images shown on our website.
