Amped Up Wellness is a cash based, fee-for-service practice. We DO NOT file with health insurance companies. Given the nature of the services offered at Amped Up Wellness, insurance companies will not pay for treatments offered. 

*You may use your health insurance for qualifying lab work and any medication obtained from your local pharmacy.

Amped Up Wellness is NOT responsible for filing ANY CLAIM with any insurance company. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Initially, labs are typically drawn every 3–6 months to monitor progress and adjust therapy. After stabilization, bi-annual or annual labs may be sufficient based on your individual treatment plan.

Not all women are good candidates for hormone replacement therapy. At Amped Up Wellness we use an individual approach to determine what is best for you. You may not be a candidate for BHRT if you are more than 10 years past menopause, or if you have certain risk factors-including a personal history of cancer or certain other health conditions.

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of your appointment time for all services, including telehealth. If your appointment is not cancelled within 48 hours, or if you do not show up for an appointment, the full cost of the service will be charged to your card on file. The cancellation fee is non-refundable and cannot be used towards any future appointments. If you do cancel before 48 hours your deposit will be refunded back your credit card.

Yes! We offer virtual appointments for follow-up visits, lab reviews, medication management, and minor acute illnesses for your convenience.

We do not currently offer Medical Marijuana evaluations of any kind.
